The ankle has more room to travel, either inside (over-pronation) or outside (supination). <BR/><BR/>The thicker the sole, the higher heels, the more instable you will run. <BR/><BR/>Of course you could solve this problem by making the upper of the shoe more rigid. An easier and better way is to get rid of the shoe altogether (maybe wear some minimal footwear - like socks - when it is too cold).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
